TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order with Slice of Heaven you agree to the following terms.

Our Products All Slice of Heaven products are handcrafted in the South Island of New Zealand and described to the best of our ability. As our products are made by hand there may be slight variations between batches in colour, texture and finish. These are a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and are not considered faults.

Orders and Payment Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods available through our checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation a full refund will be issued promptly.

Candle Safety Please follow all safety instructions included with your candles. Always burn candles within sight and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Slice of Heaven accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from improper use of our products.

Pricing All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Orders already placed and paid for will not be affected by any price changes.

Intellectual Property All content on this website including images, text and product descriptions is the property of Slice of Heaven and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
