SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders from the South Island of New Zealand using courier delivery.

Free Shipping Promotion We are currently offering free shipping on all New Zealand orders for a limited time. Keep an eye on our website for updates on when this promotion ends.

Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment being received. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are generally 2 to 4 business days for South Island addresses and 3 to 5 business days for North Island addresses. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1 to 2 business days on top of these timeframes.

During peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
