RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Slice of Heaven products. If something arrives damaged or faulty please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

In the event of a damaged or faulty item we will offer you the choice of a full refund or a replacement sent out to you at no extra cost. Whatever works best for you.

As our products are handcrafted and scented goods we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on change of mind purchases. We recommend reading the scent descriptions carefully before purchasing to make sure you find your perfect match.

To lodge a claim please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
